Delivery costs €3.90 by lettre suivie, €4.90 by Mondial Relay or €6.90 by Colissimo.
Orders are dispatched the same day or the following day, and arrive within 48 hours on average (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
You have 30 days to return some or all of your items. Return postage is free. You must send us an e-mail to contact@scrunchie-is-back.com so that we can send you the dispatch note that will enable you to drop off your parcel free of charge at the Post Office. We will reimburse you upon receipt of the parcel. The bank transaction takes 24h/48h.
