How does it work?

- Vous choisissez le montant de la carte-cadeau : de 20 à 200€.

- Once payment has been made on our site, you will receive an e-mail containing a unique code linked to the gift card, which you can pass on to the person you wish to give it to.

- This person will be able to use this code at the checkout (on our site or in our showroom) for the equivalent of its value:

  • If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, the customer may use the balance at a later date. 

  • If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, the customer is invited to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Gift cards are valid for 1 year. 

  • Delivery costs €3.90 by lettre suivie, €4.90 by Mondial Relay or €6.90 by Colissimo.
  • Orders are dispatched the same day or the following day, and arrive within 48 hours on average (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

  • You have 30 days to return some or all of your items. Return postage is free. You must send us an e-mail to contact@scrunchie-is-back.com so that we can send you the dispatch note that will enable you to drop off your parcel free of charge at the Post Office. We will reimburse you upon receipt of the parcel. The bank transaction takes 24h/48h.

  • Payment for your order on our website must be made by credit card. To guarantee secure payments, we have chosen the Stripe online payment platform. Payments are encrypted using the Secure Stocket Layer (SSL) security system, and we guarantee that your bank details will not be collected at any time.
